Ordering & Delivery
Does BOMA offer cash on delivery across Pakistan?
Yes. Cash on delivery (COD) is available for all orders across Pakistan — including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, and all other cities and towns. You receive your appliance first, then pay the delivery rider. No advance payment required for COD orders.
How long does BOMA delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days to major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi). Delivery to smaller cities and towns typically takes 3–5 working days. You will receive an SMS with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
What payment methods does BOMA accept?
We accept cash on delivery, Visa, Mastercard, and JazzCash. All online payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp at +92 302 4745597 or emailing Support@boma.com.pk. After your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but you can return the item under our returns policy.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty do BOMA appliances come with?
All BOMA appliances come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by improper use.
How do I claim my BOMA warranty?
To make a warranty claim, contact us via WhatsApp (+92 302 4745597) or email (Support@boma.com.pk) with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or short video showing the problem. Our support team will arrange a replacement or repair within 3–5 working days.
Can I return a BOMA appliance if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Contact our support team to initiate a return. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.
What if my BOMA appliance arrives damaged?
If your appliance arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product itself, please do not accept the delivery — or if you've already accepted it, photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 24 hours at Support@boma.com.pk or WhatsApp +92 302 4745597. We will arrange a free replacement shipment.

Are BOMA appliances compatible with Pakistani voltage (220V–240V)?
Yes. All BOMA appliances sold on boma.com.pk are designed for Pakistani standard voltage (220V–240V, 50Hz). No voltage converter or adapter is required.
Do BOMA air fryers work during load shedding hours?
BOMA air fryers operate on standard 220V electricity. They do not have a built-in UPS or generator bypass — they require stable mains electricity to operate. They are not compatible with most solar inverters under 2000W due to the 1500W motor requirement.
What oil should I use in my BOMA air fryer?
BOMA air fryers require only a light spray or brush of oil — approximately 1 teaspoon per batch. Any standard cooking oil works: sunflower, canola, or olive oil. Avoid aerosol spray cans with propellants — these can damage the non-stick coating over time. Use a pump spray bottle instead.
Is the BOMA BM-779 juicer blender safe for children to use?
The BM-779 should be operated by adults or older teenagers under adult supervision. The stainless steel blades are extremely sharp. The jars and attachments have safety lock mechanisms that prevent operation unless correctly assembled, but adult supervision is recommended at all times when the motor is running.
Can I use the BOMA garment steamer on all fabrics?
BOMA garment steamers are safe for cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, and blended fabrics — including Pakistani kurta, shalwar kameez, and saree fabrics. Always check the fabric care label first. Do not use steam on velvet (it damages the pile), wax-coated fabrics, or suede. Hold the steamer head 2–3cm from the fabric for delicate materials.
